Flexible delivery (included): delivery by appointment, handled by one of our qualified carriers, to street level or the building entrance.
Delivery to your floor (on request): delivery to the floor of your choice, with an appointment arranged by phone. Two delivery professionals bring the product directly into your home and place it in the room of your choice.
Delivery with assembly (on request): includes delivery to your floor, furniture assembly, and removal of all packaging by our team.
Currently, we ship only within France. For international shipping or remote areas, please contact us for further details.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to follow your shipment. You can check your package status at any time using the provided link.
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery without any explanation. We offer a free return service: we will handle the pickup and full refund.
How to make a return:
Contact Us: Fill out the form on the "Contact Us" page or send an email to info@avaredo.fr to request a return.
Preparation: Repack the item in its original packaging. We will arrange the pickup through our courier.
Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund, including any shipping fees.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The return is free, and no explanation is required.
Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or used may not be eligible for a full refund.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs, if applicable, will also be refunded.
